Thanksgiving Homeless Ministry

We are thankful every year to partner with Peddie Church on Broad Street in Newark as they serve the homeless men, women and families of Downtown Newark. Please keep these men and women in your prayers.
This year was a little different and heart wrenching as homeless families with small children joined us. I am glad we were able to provide them a meal and a gift but the need is so great in Downtown Newark. May our hearts grow with compassion and tenderness for the poor among us.










Some students from the Red Cross student organization joined InterVarsity Students in serving the Friends of Jesus.
