Celebrating Christ on Campus!!! March 26, 2009

We are so thankful for God's faithfulness in reminding us that campus ministry through InterVarsity in Newark is not limited to one person or even one generation. Campus ministry exists because of the efforts of current students, alumni, parents, local pastors and community leaders who have said that investing in campus ministry is important and necessary!

We celebrated Christ's presence on our campuses in Newark, NJ. A presence that is strong and inviting to see lives of many transformed by the love and power of Jesus Christ. Enjoy some snap shots from the evening as many labored together to see God's work continue in Newark, NJ.

We received a $7000 matching grant that was fully matched for the work in Newark through this event. Our overall goal is $30,000 for this fiscal year. We are still working to raise an additional $12,000 to meet that goal by June 2009. Thank you for all those that have committed to be partners in the ministry and for those that have given generously year after year!
