the BIG event was HUGE!

The BIG Event was terrific! We were able to celebrate two students, Abby and Ben, coming to faith in Jesus! Students leaders were reminded of their purpose on campus to see lives transformed, the campuses renewed and become world changers. Students were able to receive training in how to study Scripture, evangelism, prayer, Christian leadership, mentorship and discipleship.

As I meet with students they express that being at the Big Event was a "taste of the Kingdom." It was refreshing to be in a Christian community where the love of Christ was so present. As they return, just two days have gone by, they feel the tension of our broken world. But, they also feel the call by Christ to follow him and invite others to know the Lord. Please keep the students in prayer as they live out all they learned. Application is the hardest step!

Our Newark group in a funny pose!

Marie preaches at the first night of The Big Event. It was great honor to serve in this capacity.

Fun times with Rutgers Newark student leaders and first year students!

The Family that Serves Together.... Stays Together. Marie's mom was able to come and serve by caring for Josiah and Micah. Moe was able to lead a men's group at the Living for Jesus track.

Joseph, a Senior at Rutgers Newark and Small Group leader received evangelism training and helped with Worship.
