InterVarsity student leaders gathered on Saturday, Jan. 19 for an all day training and planning day in Little Falls, NJ. Students were able to receive training on two main topics: "How to Grow your Chapter through Small Groups" and "Evangelism". We were able to teach on the dynamics of small group ministry from how to build lasting relationships to dealing with conflict as well as learning better ways to plan events and programs. Students quickly engaged with the material through Q&A sessions and time of planning afterwards. Students in the Northern NJ area are working smarter to build strong WITNESSING COMMUNITIES that reflect the love of Jesus on our campus. For most schools, classes begin this Tuesday.
